Pave the Lake Ontario State Parkway!

The Lake Ontario State Parkway is in horrible condition. It is hindering our emergency vehicles and causing expensive repair bills for our cars and business vehicles. The parkway is considered a Federal Scenic Highway and the government has a responsibility to pave it.
