• Sportsmen Advocate: In a state capitol that is hostile to outdoor sporting. Hawley has consistently voted to protect our WNY Heritage.
• Saluting our Veterans: Hawley is a loyal vote for veterans and has organized 6 annual trips to Washington D.C. for our local heroes.
• Supporting Farmers: New York City Politicians have tried to impose regulations that would force farmers out of business.  As a former farmer and past president of Genesee County Farm Bureau, Steve has continuously stood in defense of the agricultural industry.
• Supporting Local Businesses: As a business owner himself, Steve understands the constraints and burdens New York State places on businesses.
